WE'RE IN THIS LOVE TOGETHER

It doesn't matter if you are a singer, songwriter, musician or an awesome Gospel music fan; we are living in the same realm of love.  A singer has to touch the heart.  The songwriter has to feel the heartbeat.
The gospel music fan touches, hears and feels the heart the creator AND the performer. We really do need each other in this life we are living. As for me personally, I relate to the TOUCH, HEAR and FEEL of everyone I meet. I remember in my days before Christ I would listen to songs and singers and critique them. I guess I had my own idea of what I think they should sound like. I tried not to do the critiquing thing but it ended up out in the open for all to hear. I worked for an independent record company for 15 years singing, writing, arranging, producing and critiquing every area of music that I came in contact with. After I was saved, everything had a new meaning. I was doing the same things but now it was for the cause of Christ and the good of those around me. As a Christian everything is a matter of the heart…the heart of Jesus Christ. I am doing it now today because that is what God placed in me when I was born and when I was BORN AGAIN it blossomed to new heights. Today, when I sing about love, it’s through God’s voice. When I write about love, it’s by God’s hand. If I’m producing and polishing up a song or a singer, it’s through God’s eyes and ears leading
me.

I used to be so consciences about my ability to sing or the lack thereof. When I first started getting some sound and strength in my voice after my throat cancer, I was so critical and disgusted with my tone and my minimal range. My mindset was on my past voice and not my future voice. The more I listened to myself sing, the more I got discouraged. God really had to teach me a lesson on humility, perseverance and looking past me and seeing what God had in store for me for the future. WOW, what a difference He made in my life. Today I listen with my heart, my whole heart and nothing my entire heart. I truly love to hear folks sing. I can tell very quickly if they are singing from the heart because I’ve been there and done that. I’m not a musical genius or vocal extrodanire but God has given me the discernment I need to help others with music.

I get overwhelmed sometimes because I am just a man with limited abilities. He fulfills my dreams. He gives me strength to endure my struggles. He gives me hope. He helps me conquer my challenges. My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ have given me friends and a family to share with. I pray that you will see Jesus in me and that you hear God’s voice through mine. Let’s listen real close to each other every time we’re together. Let’s touch, hear and feel the way God does and then we’ll know that we’re on the right path and honestly in this love together….Amen and Amen.

God Bless you….Royel Clark

           BEYOND LEFT BEHIND

Individual or group meetings are available. There is no course that someone can take to learn how to deal with and get through the grief of losing a loved one. Grief affects each person in a different yet compellingly similar way. If we could all learn the feelings and emotions that come with the loss of a loved one then getting through the storm would be quick and easy. Together with Christ we can weather the storm. What I learned during the first 12 months of grieving will help you back to the land of the living. I offer you strategies and a caring heart to help understand and teach you how to deal with 7 stages of Grief.  Contact me
