Last month Israel celebrated her 61st birthday - on the heels of Durban II conference and in the midst of constant threats from Iran, Syria, "Palestinians" and their supporters.

As every year, almost the entire population flooded the streets of every town,  coming out to show the whole world that our spirit is alive and well. Please WATCH THE 2.5 MINUTE VIDEO and participate in our celebration!

Will Israel Survive? This is definitely the question of the century. Many think she will not. Many hope she will not. Many plan to do whatever it takes so that she will not. But God's Word - our ultimate guide for this life - begs to differ.

Ever since Abraham's time, the battle over a small piece of land - The Land that the Lord of the universe had promised to give him and his descendants - has been raging. The enemy has tried so many times to destroy these descendants - through famine, slavery, droughts, wars, persecution, annihilation - but guess what - WITH NO SUCCESS! We are still here, and we believe that Israel is destined to remain until the end of times.

Messiah is coming back to Jerusalem soon! Our God will protect His firstborn and He will save His people - even in the midst of their enemies. So, to answer the question, YES, Israel will survive:

For God will save Zion and build the cities of Judah, that they may dwell there and possess it. (Psalm 69:35)

The above happened 61 years ago. Moreover:

"Now it shall come to pass in the latter days
That the mountain of the LORD’s house
Shall be established on the top of the mountains,
And shall be exalted above the hills;
And all nations shall flow to it.
Many people shall come and say,
'Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD,
To the house of the God of Jacob;
He will teach us His ways,
And we shall walk in His paths.'"  (Isaiah 2:1-3a) 

God is planning to use Israel for a world-wide revival. Our part is to pray for All Israel to be Saved, so that it could be the light unto the world. (Katy Sorsher Smith)
